At the beginning of my shift, tablets and smartphones are placed on their respective charging stations, one in the control room, the other in the garage.
In this way, they can be operational at any time of the day or night.

After the periodic inventory and briefing by the NCO, I now use a tablet with only the various business applications available.
At the slightest problem with our equipment, it is possible to have a reactiveremote management and an optimalfollow-up in time.

The switchboard received a call for an emergency and assigned the alert to the fire and rescue centre to which I belong. All information has been transfered by Ethernet to our smartphones and tablets that we are rushing to equip.
A shoulder strap is attached to my tablet for better ergonomics. Inside the intervention vehicle, magnetic fasteners allow me to anchor my tablet and smartphone securely, no risk of accident compared to more generic equipment.

During the intervention, smartphone and tablet can be useful to coordinate the different teams.
It is necessary to react in a hurry and it is therefore not uncommon for equipment to take damages. However the shockproof cases and tempered glass ensure excellent resistance even in the heat of battle.

After completing my intervention report, I can put my tablet and smartphone back on their charging stations.
The on-call team will be able to use the tablets that have charged during the day.
